A 50:50 joint venture between Nihon Parkerizing (Japan) and Daubert Industries (USA)established
NCC COATING™, (Ni-P-SiC and Ni-P-BN) in North America.
NCC COATING™
Acquired assets of NCC Coat Associates and licensed exclusive
rights to NCC Coat technology from Daubert Chemical Company in August, 2000.
